Just few days left for Cibus 17th International Food Exhibition, one of the most important appointments for the Italian agri-food sector. Of course, also this year Filotea will attend this special event. Starting from Monday May 5th until Thursday May 8th the event at the Parma Exhibition Center will gather professionals of food retail, import-export as well as of food service industry.
Cibus 2014 represents the real showcase enabling the companies that are devoted to the “Made in Italy” food to meet the major distributors, importers and professional of domestic and foreign markets. One of our best expert will unveil you the secrets of how to work the fresh egg pasta. She will show you how to make tagliatelle, chitarrine, pappardelle, garganelli, farfalline and quadrucci. She will also realize a special colourful fresh pasta with mixed herbs and flowers.
